Laser marking machine working principle
The laser marking machine uses the high energy and high density characteristics of the laser beam to mark the target object accurately and quickly through computer control. Its main working principle includes the following steps:
1. Laser emission: The laser inside the laser marking machine emits a high-energy, high-density laser beam.
2. Optical processing: The laser beam is processed by a series of optical elements (such as lenses, mirrors, etc.) to form the desired shape and size.
3. Positioning and focusing: Through the computer control system, the laser beam is accurately positioned and focused.
4. Marking process: The laser beam illuminates the surface of the target object to make physical or chemical changes in the surface material to form the required mark.
